CHE Coordinators present wholistic ministry vision to diverse stakeholders, forming alliances and securing resources.

Community Engagement

Raise awareness, facilitate community-led problem-solving, and foster local ownership of the development process.

Capacity Building and Church Planting

Mentor local leaders, establish self-help groups, and plant churches with a wholistic ministry vision.

Team Equipping

Train and mentor a small team of national Christians to implement CHE programs in multiple communities.

Step 4

Volunteer Mobilization

Train local committees and health educators to implement practical and spiritual improvements in the community.

Step 6 Multiplication

Move to new areas, train new trainers from successful communities to expand the program's reach.
