CHE Training
CHE training is conducted online annually.
In addition to the basic training, we offer various CHE training programs tailored to the practical educational needs of mission organizations and NGOs. Upon request, group training sessions are typically held in person. These programs are especially beneficial for organizations looking to upgrade their existing ministries from a holistic perspective. Agencies aiming to transition to holistic missions can significantly advance their work through this program.
Vision Seminar
We offer a course lasting about 2 hours a day over 3 days. This course focuses on understanding the core aspects of CHE ministry and is primarily used for committee training.
Participants will intensively learn the basic concepts of CHE and their practical applications during this period.
Online training
The online classes are conducted via Google Meet (internet connection required).
It is recommended to use Google Meet on a device larger than a smartphone.
TOT(Training of Trainers)
The CHE Facilitator training program consists of three stages.
TOT 1
This training covers the basic principles of CHE and methods for organizing programs. It provides foundational theories of CHE along with guidelines for effective program planning and implementation.
Participatory Learning Style
LePSAS is CHE's learner-centered, participatory education method. It uses 'starter' techniques, small group discussions, and large group sharing to actively engage learners.
CHE educators facilitate this process, aiming to provide more effective and meaningful learning experiences by building on existing knowledge and introducing new information.
Learner-Centered
This approach shifts the focus from the teacher to the learner, ensuring that education is tailored to the students' needs and experiences.
Problem-Posing
A single issue is presented in a simple, accessible way to spark meaningful discussion and engagement among learners.
Self-Discovery
Through guided conversations, learners are led to experience 'aha' moments, fostering deeper understanding and personal insights.
Action-Oriented
The goal is to transform all learning into practical action or real-world application, making education immediately relevant.
Spirit-Guided
The entire training process is conducted under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, always sharing spiritual truths. By fully obeying God's will and wisdom, the work of the Holy Spirit brings about thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold fruit.
