TOT 1
From the first phase of the Foundational CHE Training Trainers(TOT), the participant can understand the Biblical basis for CHE and the basic principles of wholistic community-based development.
Learning Objectives:

Understand the biblical foundation of CHE and the gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Learn the basic principles of wholistic, community-based development.
Course Content:

Target community selection and effective entry strategies for CHE ministry.

Formation of committees necessary for CHE work.
Training Details:

Organizing and mobilizing communities through awareness seminars and collaboration.
This basic CHE training covers everything needed up to the stage of forming committees in CHE ministry villages. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be registered with GCN, granting access to various CHE training materials.
TOT 2
Prepare trainers to equip the committee to lead community development process and train CHE volunteers(CHEs).
Key Focus Areas:

Strengthening the capacity of the committee

Enhancing the facilitator skills of trainers

Developing the educational methods and materials
This training phase involves entering villages and conducting weekly training sessions for CHEs to carry out the CHE ministry.
TOT 3
This third phase is conducted after the CHE program is successfully adopted by a community.

Methods for expanding the project to other areas

Management of the CHE program
It covers evaluation at the point of village exit and post-exit support phases.
